The assembly is done in a Louis XVI style monumental, sober and balanced. Palace consists of a main building flanked by two smaller wings, placed at right angles, connected by a colonnade.
The building was renovated in the eighteenth - century. Since then I have made very few changes. It is noteworthy that both rear facade and Rohan Palace keeps its original appearance. Also noteworthy are the imposing scale and richly decorated living room. Salons are paneled in Louis XVI style, with lime wood and decorated with rich vegetal motifs by sculptor Barthélémy Cabirol.
The building is surrounded by beautiful gardens in the English style, dating from 1882 on each side of the rear garden, there are two wings, which were built in 1880 to house the Museum of Fine Arts.
